This is technically a companion piece to the Ruby and Sapphire Bags, by way of pattern usage, though I do not believe it to have enough green in it to truly be considered the Emerald Bag, so that will be made later.
As discussed in the last entry, the nine brick configured cinderblock is a perfectly reasonable modular building system, resulting in a few configurations that increase its viable variety. This is technically the only true basketweave of the trio, as a normal weave has the orientation alternate between iterations, and in the side and runner panels, the pattern does just that. This bag takes a number of earth-toned bricks and blends them to create an intriguing display. I may be biased due to my Earth Astrological placement and my affinity for patterns, but this is one of my favorite results thus far.
